Buffalo Wild Wings

Buffalo Wild Wings is an okay restaurant. They have made a lot of changes in the last 3 years and not all of them are good. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings and still is a place we go frequently (mainly because it’s really close to School of Rock) so I can’t be too mean. I still think I would say it’s a good family restaurant to go to if you are looking for places to try. Here are the three things I look for in a restaurant:

Food: The food quality has decreased over the past years. It went from steaming hot french fries and the cheesecake bites (large ice cream dessert) to cold french fries and a single ice cream scoop (still not bad, though, because it’s ice cream). I guess the thing I would suggest would be their breaded chicken tenders and french fries because I don’t eat many wings so I don’t know if you should have their wings but if you want to try them, be my guest. I would rate their food a 2/5.

Service: The service has also decreased over the years. There are only a couple of servers who are quick and awesome nowadays. We usually spend 1 hour and 20 minutes there and 50 of those minutes are waiting for our drinks, food, and sometimes desserts. I understand that they are busy but the number of people there has never increased. It is the same number as it was a couple of years ago. But, even though the wait is bad, they still always get our orders right which is good. They are also kind and hard-working. I would rate the service a 3/5.

Entertainment: The entertainment didn’t decrease that much. They still have a bunch of TVs with pretty good channels (especially if you like sports like football, baseball, basketball, and tennis) but the main thing that changed was these trivia iPads they used to provide if you wanted to do pop culture trivia. They still do that but it is on your phone and the trivia questions are less enjoyable. Still, though, I would rate the entertainment a 5/5.

This overall experience is a 6/10 which is still okay. The only reason it isn’t higher is because of the aggressive changes they made to the Buffalo Wild Wings I knew and loved. I hope if you go to Buffalo Wild Wings you like it at least a little more than I do.

More reviews will come out soon!
