It (Chapter One)

It (Chapter One) is a terrifying movie from the creepy, awesome world of Stephen King.

In this movie, a horrifying shape-shifting creature turns into your worst fear and terrorizes you until he gets the chance to eat you. The only way to stay at least a little safe is to not become too scared. He feeds on your fear.

If I would rate this on a scale from 1 - 10, I’d give it a 10. I love how scary it is and how unpredictable it is. You never know when Pennywise (the shapeshifting creature) will strike. This wouldn’t be good for people desperately terrified of clowns and kids from ages 1 - 11 (but I watched it anyway). I love this movie because it has a couple of jump scares which is what makes a horror movie really, really scary. I hope if / when you watch this movie, you agree with me and think it is a true work of art. I have not watched It (Chapter 2) yet but I am looking forward to it and hopefully writing a great review for it.
